Museum Shop

A visit to the Historic Hampton Museum Shop is a unique opportunity to span the centuries with gifts that are reproductions of items used by the Ridgelys or are typical of lifetimes that preceded our own. Come browse our interesting selection of historic toys and dolls, teapots and loose tea, candles and candlesticks, etched wine glasses and carafes, and baseball caps and tote bags embroidered with the Hampton Cupola logo. You can find gifts here for any occasion.

The Museum Shop offers an outstanding collection of books on the Civil War and slavery, as well as historic buildings and their preservation. Children's books cover architecture, history and descriptions of life for children in earlier times. Postcards, Hampton note paper, a new guide book to the Mansion, a history of the Ridgely family, and various other items of interest are available for you at this unique gift shop.

Volunteers have always run the Museum Shop by doing the purchasing, staffing and recordkeeping. Three hours per week entitles you to 20% off of every purchase. If you would like to get involved in this venture, contact HHI at 410-828-9480.
